SOUTHERN ROCK VOLUNTEER JAM

Even though there is no pay for playing, volunteering, etc., for the Jam, the event is great advertising for your band or business.  The payment you receive is knowing that you were part of helping a child in need, and that's worth more than any amount of money.

We will have 2 stages for the 2011 Jam, one indoor and one outdoor. 

We would like to try and get each band to sign up to play a set or even 2.  We will be operating on one sound system only at each stage (one sound board) and there will only be one person that works sound the entire night and no one else.  We will do our best to accomodate each band's sound preference but we want to keep the set change time to a minimum so that everyone gets a fair chance to play without leaving our audience with too much break or downtime.  We provide the PA system, mikes, drums, amps, etc., so if you must bring something other than your instrument, be sure that it is easily and quickly set-up and taken down.  So if this sounds like something you are interested in doing please let us know asap.

 Vendors pay a small entrance fee that is put towards our charity donation and keep their own profits.  BOOTH FEE MUST BE SENT WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM OR YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SPACE. 

If you would like to volunteer to help set-up, work the Jam, or clean-up, we always need help with all kinds of things so please join our team!!!
